PRAYER :- Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse to the petitioner, the differential amount of terminal benefits namely Gratuity, Earn Leave Salary, Old Leave Salary, RBSR full amount, revised scale of pay and other pension arrears, in accordance with the 12(3) settlement dated 04.01.2018, together with interest at the rate of 6% per annum, and to revise the petitioners pension accordingly.

The present Writ Petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse to the petitioner, the differential amount of terminal benefits namely Gratuity, Earn Leave Salary, Old Leave Salary, RBSR full amount, revised scale of pay and other pension arrears, in accordance with the 12(3) settlement dated 04.01.2018, together with interest at the rate of 6% per annum, and to revise the petitioners pension.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in this writ petition is covered by an earlier order passed by this Court and has placed reliance on the order made in W.P(MD)No.20522 of 2025 dated 29.07.2025.
4. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent also does not dispute the said fact.
5. In view of the same, the respondents are directed to release the eligible benefits to the petitioner together with 6% interest from the due date till the date of disbursement, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
