An order dated 30.03.2025 rejecting the petitioner's request for patta transfer is challenged on the primary ground of breach of principles of natural justice.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for both the respondents.

3. On perusal of the impugned order, I find that the reason for rejection is recorded as "gl;lh khWjy; NfhUk; Gyk;/cl;gpupT njhlu;ghf ePjpkd;w tof;F epYitapy; cs;sJ". No further particulars are set out in the impugned order. The nature of the dispute, the relief claimed, the parties thereto, etc., cannot be discerned from the order. Since the order is unreasoned, the order cannot be sustained and is hereby set aside. Consequently, the matter is remanded for reconsideration of the Tasildar. After providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and any other persons who would be affected by such order, a speaking order shall be issued within three (3) months from the 2/4

date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
