Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 and 2 to initiate surcharge proceedings against respondent Nos. 4 to 7 based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.11.2025 and pass orders within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to initiate surcharge proceedings against respondent Nos. 4 to 7 based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.11.2025 and pass orders within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already sent a representation on 02.11.2025, seeking to to initiate surcharge proceedings against respondent Nos. 4 to 7. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition. 2/4

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 02.11.2025 would be considered in accordance with law.

4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 02.11.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the respondents 4 to 7, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
