2 W.P.(MD)NO.32528 OF 2025 Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of MANDAMUS directing the 3rd respondent to release petitioners title deeds documents in respect of petitioners properties in Patta No.287, Survey No.517/2 an extent of 01.12.50 Hectares in Panchalankurichi Village, Ottapidaram Taluk, Tuticorin District in Pending Sale Deed Document No.P9/2017/BK1 and Patta No. 1310, Survey No.517/3 an extent of 01.12.50 Hectares in Pending Sale Deed Document No.P10/2017/BK1 in Panchalankurichi Village, Ottapidaram Taluk, Tuticorin District by completing the formalities without insisting for NOC from the respondents No.1 and 2, within the period as stipulated by this Honourable Court and pass such other or further orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.

This matter came up for hearing today under the caption ''For Being Mentioned''.
2. In the order dated 24.11.2025 in W.P.(MD)No.33528 of 2025, paragraph No.4 is substituted as follows:- '' The petitioner's counsel states that all the formalities have already been concluded. The petitioner is permitted to re-present the document. Since all the formalities have already been concluded, the third respondent is directed to assign registration number and release the document subject to fulfilment of the other usual formalities.'' 2/3
