When the matter was taken up for hearing today(10.12.2025), learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after notice was served on the respondents, the matter was settled amicably between the parties and she requested that this Civil Revision Petition is to be dismissed as withdrawn. She has also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect.
