ORDER

This Court by an order dated 28.11.2025 was pleased to quash the Spl. S.C.No.21 of 2025 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Karur, on the condition that the defacto complainant shall deposit sum of Rs.1,86,500/- within a period of 4(four) weeks. This order was passed on 28.11.2025 granting 4(four) weeks time. So far the order has not been complied with.

2. In such circumstances, as pointed out in the said order, the order of quashing the charge sheet stands recalled. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21395 of 2025 stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
