Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.09.2025 and 04.11.2025, given for the disburse the petitioner's Earned Leave Salary along with interest at the rate of 9 percent per annum from the date of his retirement, within the period that may be stipulated by this Honble Court and pass such other or further orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice. 1/4

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.09.2025 and 04.11.2025, given for the disburse the petitioner's Earned Leave Salary along with interest at the rate of 9 percent per annum from the date of his retirement

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner was superannuated on 31.05.2024 and he was subsequently exonerated from all charges by the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 30.07.2024, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to disburse all the pending terminal benefits to the petitioner along with statutory interest within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

3. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
