ORDER
The above petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9519 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.645 of 2025 dated 22.07.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.
3. It is not in dispute that the condition No.7(b) imposed originally was modified in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9519 of 2025 on 22.07.2025 directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police, twice in a month i.e., on 1st and 15th of every English calendar month.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 01.08.2025 till today, without fail. The 2/4
learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would also concede the same.
5. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that after completing the investigation, charge sheet came to be filed before the PCR Court, Tenkasi and the same was taken on file in S.C.No.457 of 2025.
6. Considering the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.9519 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.645 of 2025, dated 22.07.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
7. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
