ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent to furnish certificate of renewal of their Manapparai Naidu Mahajana Sangam (Reg No. 47 of 2010) at Manapparai, Trichy District from the period 2010 to 2024 and Certified Copies of Form-VII for the 2012-2015 to 2021-2024 by collecting necessary fees in this regard considering the Petitioners representation dated 15.09.2025 and for other reliefs and pass such other or further orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice."

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.D.Gandhi Raj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent on instructions would submit that if the petitioner has paid the necessary charges, the certificate will be issued to the petitioner. 2/4
