This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to issue a possession certificate to the land is situated in survey no. 121/6 at Thalampadi village, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District. (The Extent of the land is 1.01.acre) by way of consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The petitioner submitted a representation to the respondent on 17.11.2025 for issuance of possession certificate for the aforesaid property in question. However, no action has been taken on the said petition. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, submits that the petitioner's representation would be 2/4

considered on merits and in accordance with law.

5. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2025, after issuing notice to all the parties, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to say, if any rival claims, the same shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
