By relying on a sale deed dated 04.07.2018 and the joint patta No. 1850, the petitioner had applied for a survey of the land measuring 286 3/4 square feet in survey No.292/1P.
2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of both the respondents. He submits that a notice would be issued to the joint pattadar and to owners of relevant adjacent lands before a decision is taken.
3. Considering the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's request for a survey after issuing notice to the joint pattadar, Annamalai and to owners of relevant adjacent lands. Objections, if any, of the said persons shall be taken into account before a decision is taken. 2/4
