Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider and pass orders on the Petitioners representation dated 10.09.2025 for promotion to the post of Deputy Tahsildar, within a time-limit to be fixed by this Court, based on the exoneration order of the 3rd respondent dated 17.05.2022 and consequently grant promotion with retrospective effect from the year 2017 with all attendant benefits and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the 2nd & 3rd respondents to consider and pass orders on the Petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2025 for promotion to the post of Deputy Tahsildar, based on the exoneration order of the 3rd respondent dated 17.05.2022 and consequently grant promotion with retrospective effect from the year 2017 with all attendant benefits.

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has made a representation on 10.09.2025 for the very same relief.

3.In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
