The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had filed W.P.(MD)No.23533 of 2025 seeking issuance of Patta. This Court, by order dated 29.08.2025, disposed of the writ petition by directing the third respondent, namely, the Tahsildar, O/o. the Tahsildar, Aruppukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District, to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2025 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. However, in the affidavit, the address of the third respondent was inadvertently mentioned as ''Tahsildar, O/o. the Tahsildar, Aruppukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District'' instead of ''Tahsildar, O/o. the Tahsildar, Virudhunagar District''. Therefore, the learned counsel seeks necessary correction in the said order. Page No.1 / 3
