Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay the difference amounts in the benefits in respect of Gratuity, Encashment of Earned Leave Salary, commuted value of pension and monthly Pension along with Dearness Allowance and with Arrears from the date of retirement i.e. 31.05.2023 as per the 14th wage Revision Settlement dated 24.08.2022 together with interest at the rate of 6 percent per annum for the differential payment to be computed from the date of the petitioner's retirement till the date payment within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to pay the difference amounts in the benefits in respect of Gratuity, Encashment of Earned Leave Salary, commuted value of pension and monthly Pension along with Dearness Allowance 2/6
and with Arrears from the date of retirement i.e. 31.05.2023 as per the 14th wage Revision Settlement dated 24.08.2022 together with interest at the rate of 6 percent per annum for the differential payment to be computed from the date of the petitioner's retirement till the date payment within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in this writ petition is covered by an earlier order passed by this Court and has placed reliance on the order made in W.P(MD)No.20522 of 2025 dated 29.07.2025.
3. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents also does not dispute the said fact.
4. In view of the same, the respondents are directed to release the eligible benefits to the petitioner together with 6% interest from the due date till the date of disbursement, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
