ORDER

The petitioners seek to quash the impugned charge sheet in C.C.No.2849 of 2025, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai, which was filed for the offences under Sections 120(B), 419, 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC.

2.When this Court expressed that the points raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners are factual in nature, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and has made an endorsement to that effect. However, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are aged about 50 and 53 years respectively and that their personal appearance before the trial Court may be dispensed with.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The personal appearance of the petitioners before the Trial Court is dispensed with on all hearing dates (provided he is represented by a lawyer) unless their appearance is required by the learned Magistrate for the progress of the trial. Consequently, connected 2/4
