C O M M O N O R D E R [Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 116 in filing the restoration petitions to restore the condone delay petitions on file, which were dismissed automatically without reference to this Court vide common order dated 25.04.2025, as the cost amount of Rs.500/- was not paid forthwith and it was paid only on 11.07.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2, 3 & 5.
3. We are satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits and hence, we are inclined to condone the delay in filing the restoration petitions.
4. Accordingly, these civil miscellaneous petitions are allowed and the delay of 116 days in filing the restoration petitions stands condoned.
5. Registry is directed to number the restoration petitions, if the papers are otherwise in order.
