ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2025 and issue a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for obtaining the FL-2 Bar License.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondents have no objection for grant of FL-2 bar license to the petitioner and that they would issue a No Objection Certificate.

3. Considering the above submission, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2025 and take appropriate action within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
