O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to issue a fresh patta in favour of the petitioner in compliance with the sale deed in Document No.5576 of 2022, registered on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Woraiyur, Trichy District, within a reasonable time as stipulated by this Court, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.03.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner has only submitted a representation and that he is required to file an online application seeking issuance of patta.

3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit an online application along with the requisite fee seeking issuance of patta. If such application is submitted by the petitioner, the respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the same, after issuing notice to the petitioner and to any other persons interested in the subject property and pass 2/4

appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event of any rival claims, the same may be agitated before the competent civil court. No costs.
