[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 261 days in the filing the above writ appeal.

2. This Court ordered notice to the respondents on 25.11.2025. and the first respondent has entered appearance on 12.12.2025. However, till date, the first respondent has not filed his counter affidavit. Insofar as the second respondent is concerned, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent has not raised any serious objection for allowing this civil miscellaneous petition. Hence, we are inclined to condone the delay.

3. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 261 days in filing the above writ appeal is condoned.
