ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 08.11.2025 and 12.11.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the petitioner's representation, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith.
