ORDER

Challenging the impugned order passed by the learned Family Court, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil in Crl.M.P.No.25 of 2024 in 1/4

M.C.No.62 of 2023 dated 29.09.2025, this criminal revision case is filed.

2. The respondent husband before the learned trial Court is the petitioner herein. The wife and minor daughter are the petitioners before the learned trial Court. For the sake of convenience, the parties are mentioned as per the ranking before the learned trial Court.

3. M.C.No.62 of 2023 was filed by the wife and the minor daughter as against the respondent husband. The respondent husband is an ex service man who draws a monthly pension of Rs, 35,611/-. By means of the impugned order, the learned trial Court had passed an interim maintenance directing the husband to pay an amount of Rs. 4,000/- towards the wife and Rs.6,000/- towards the minor daughter. Challenging the same, this criminal revision case is filed.

4. A careful perusal of the materials available on record would make it clear that the aforesaid impugned order has been passed only considering the facts, circumstances and also the income of the petitioner. I do not find any infirmity with the same and hence, there is 2/4

no necessity for interfering with the same. The petitioner is directed to pay the entire arrear amount to the petitioner within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
