This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.4 of 2025 pending on the file of the first respondent Police.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the POCSO Court, Madurai, by way of e-filing in No. 20220002030C202500012 on 16.07.2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Trial Court is directed to take the Final Report on file forthwith.
