ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents to revise the adverse police verification report in PVR.No.S5892300203081 of the petitioner and to re-issue a police verification report by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.01.2025.

2. Without going into the merits of the allegations, in view of the limited prayer sought for, this Court is inclined to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.01.2025 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, it is made clear that this order shall not be construed as a direction to the respondents to revise the police verification report already given. The respondents may consider any change in circumstances and take action in accordance with law.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
