2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4. In view of the same, the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD). No. 11134 of 2025 in Crl.O.P(MD). No. 12163 of 2025 on the file of this Court dated 22.08.2025, is relaxed.
