Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of directing the respondents no.1 to 10 to supply the electricity to petitioners lands in S.No. 292/12B to an extent of 0.39.00 Ares at Paralachi Village, Aruppukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District under the scheme of KAVIADP (Kalaignarin All Village Integrated Agricultural Development Programme - II) within the time period stipulated by this Honble Court and pass such other or further orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.

ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of directing the respondents no. 1 to 10 to supply the electricity to petitioners lands in S.No. 292/12B to an extent of 0.39.00 Ares at Paralachi Village, Aruppukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District under the scheme of KAVIADP (Kalaignarin All Village Integrated Agricultural Development Programme - II) within the time period stipulated by this Honble Court and pass such other or further orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice."

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The writ petition is premature in as much as pursuant to orders of this court passed in W.P(MD)No.22457 of 2025 dated 12.08.2025, the 2nd respondent District Collector is already seized of the matter and enquiry is sub-judice.

4. It is also informed that the respondents have been issued notice in the said proceedings. Therefore, the 2nd respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
