ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to issue non traceable certificate to the petitioner in the documents mentioned in the complaint, dated 13.08.2024 in CSR.No.398/2024, dated 08.09.2024. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that if the petitioner complies with all the requirements, the respondents would consider the petitioner's complaint in accordance with the circular issued by the Director General of Police/Head of Police Force, Chennai, in Rc.No.2029209/General. 1(1)/2022, dated 01.04.2022 and communicate the decision taken on the said representation within a period of four weeks.

3. In view of the aforesaid undertaking, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
