ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned suspension order in Roc.No.1462-1/2024/TP2 dated 13.08.2024 passed by the 2nd respondent and seeking consequential direction to the respondents to reinstate the petitioner and transfer him to non-sensitive post.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner had been suspended as early as on 13.08.2024, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to review the suspension of the petitioner in consonance with the G.O.Ms.No. 81, Human Resources Management, dated 04.08.2022. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 25.11.2025 Index : Yes/No Speaking/Non-Speaking order gvn 2/4
