After submitting a representation dated 03.02.2025 seeking a free house site patta, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. The petitioner asserts that he has put up an asbestos roof and resides in 2 1⁄2 cents in survey Nos.535/13 and 535/14.

3. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for all the respondents. He points out that one Vijayalakshmi has raised objections with regard to survey No.535/14. After considering such objection, he submits that the Tahsildar would take a decision on merits.

4. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's request for a free house site patta and dispose of the same 2/4
