ORDER

By relying on release deed dated 13.10.2025 and patta No.108 in the name of the petitioner, the petitioner had applied for the survey of 1.50 ares in S.No.129/7(corresponding to old S.No.22/1).

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that action would be initiated on the petitioner's request for survey after issuing notice to owners of relevant adjacent lands and considering objections, if any, from them.

3. Patta No.108 is a separate patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of S.No.129/7. The earlier patta in the name of the petitioner's father and the release deed executed by the petitioner's siblings have been placed on record. As such, a case is made out to consider the petitioner's request.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that there is no rival title claim.

In the above facts and circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's request for survey after issuing notice to owners of relevant adjacent lands and considering objections, if any, from them.
