The above writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to take appropriate action to return the petitioner Original Certificates 10th, 12th Marksheets and Transfer Certificate held by the 4th Respondent College considering petitioner Representation dated 22.09.2025." 2/6

2. Mr.A.S.Vaigunth, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the 2nd and 3rd respondents. Mr.T.Amjad Khan, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the 4th respondent.

3. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Mr.T.Amjad Khan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the 4th respondent would submit that even at the time of joining of B.Sc Operation Theatre & Anaesthesia Technology course, the petitioner was made aware that in case of discontinuance, the discontinuance fee of Rs. 1,00,000/- should be paid by the petitioner. Further, the said declaration dated 29.09.2024 has been signed by the candidate and her mother agreeing to abide the regulations prescribed in the prospectus for admission to the above course for the academic year 2024-2025. 3/6
