Alleging that the order of this Court dated 17.04.2025 passed in W.P.(MD) No.10666 of 2025 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition. Page No. 1 of 4

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order dated 17.04.2025 passed in W.P.(MD) No.10666 of 2025 has been duly complied with. A copy of the proceedings dated 09.09.2025 bearing reference No.Pa.Mu.A1/4309/2025, passed by the respondent, has been produced before this Court. A copy of the same has also been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. After perusing the said proceedings dated 09.09.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's request has been rejected and that the said order is made available to the petitioner for the first time today and that the period of limitation for filing an appeal is 30 days.

4. The said fact is not disputed by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent.

5. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal within a period of Page No. 2 of 4

thirty days from today. The appellate authority shall entertain the appeal filed by the petitioner.
