ORDER

This petition is filed to permit the petitioner to take substitute service to the first respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service for the first respondent by paper publication in "Malai Malar" Tamil Daily Newspaper widely circulated in the place where the firt respondent last resides. 4.List the matter on 19.12.2025.
