The petitioner purchased 3.76 ares in survey No. 808/45 on 13.07.2023. Prior to such purchase, the third respondent herein had challenged the issuance of patta to the petitioner's vendor by way of revision before the District Revenue Officer. The petitioner seeks the early disposal of such revision petition.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2. He submits that the District Revenue Officer would pass orders on merits after providing a reasonable opportunity to all parties thereto.

3. Considering the nature of relief claimed and the submissions of learned Special Government Pleader, it is unnecessary to issue notice to the third respondent in this Writ Petition. Instead, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the revision petition filed by the third respondent on merits within three

(3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing 2/4

a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, the third respondent, and any other persons concerned. No costs.
