This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to pass suitable order for change of investigation of the petitioner's complaint in C.S.R.No.320 of 2025, dated 25.07.2025 from the file of the third respondent to some other agency. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter is all about the theft of four wheeler namely, Maruthi Swift Page No. 2 of 5

(white) bearing Registration No.TN 69 AL 5323. Despite registering the case in C.S.R.No.320 of 2025, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, the present Criminal Original Petition came to be filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents Police on instructions, submitted that already enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on 06.08.2025. 4.Recording the same, this Cirminal Original Petition is closed. The third respondent is directed to serve a copy of the closure report to the petitioner forthwith.
