ORDER

The petitioners seek to quash the impugned charge sheet in S.C.No.610 of 2025 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Tirunelveli District, which was filed for the offences under Sections 191(2), 294(b), 115(2) of BNS r/w Section 4 of TNPHW Act. 2.When this Court expressed that the points raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners are factual in nature, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and has made an endorsement to that effect. However, the learned counsel for the petitioners would request that the personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court may be dispensed with.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, considering the request of the petitioner, the personal appearance of the petitioners before the Trial 2/4

Court is dispensed with on all hearing dates (provided they are represented by a lawyer), unless their appearance is required by the learned Magistrate for the progress of the trial. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
