ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) The petitioner has filed this contempt petition alleging that the order passed by this Court in WP.(MD)No.2219 of 2025 dated 28.01.2025 has not been complied with.

2.When this contempt petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the respondents have identified 11 encroachments, in which, 10 encroachments have already been removed. As far as one encroachment is concerned, they have already filed a writ petition in WP.(MD)No. 24963 of 2025 and obtained an order of interim stay. 3.Recording the above submission, this contempt petition is closed.
