This writ petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to restore and dispose of Revision Petition in File No. F1/6802141/2024, taking into consideration the petitioner's representation dated 14.11.2025, within the time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the materials available on record.

3. The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the revisional authority rejected the revision petition on the ground of non-filing of the original order and a deficit in the prescribed fee of Rs. five. However, learned counsel undertakes to file the original order and remit the requisite fee.

Recording the said undertaking, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.11.2025 and to entertain the revision petition upon the petitioner filing the original order and the requisite fee in the manner known to law. No costs.
