ORDER

An appeal was filed by the third respondent herein before the Revenue Divisional Officer in respect of 3788 sq.feet in T.S.No.178/4. Later, W.P(MD)No.25922 of 2025 was filed by the 3rd respondent for the early disposal of such appeal. By order dated 19.09.2025, the said writ petition was disposed of by directing the Revenue Divisional Officer to consider and dispose of the appeal on merits within 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. An application for leave to file a review petition was filed by the writ petitioner herein in W.M.P.(MD)No.25785 of 2025 in Rev.Aplw.SR.(MD)No. 97501 of 2025 against the order in the above mentioned writ petition.

3. Pursuant to the said order, notice dated 11.11.2025 was issued to Pathirakaliyamman Mariyamman Devasthanam whose name is reflected in the revenue records. The Sivakasi Hindu Nadars Uravinmurai Mahamai Fund has filed this writ petition challenging such notice on the ground that the name of the temple is reflected in the settlement register in respect of old S.No.628/1A, which is said to correspond to S.No.178.

Learned counsel for the third respondent, who was the petitioner in the earlier writ petition, submits that the temple was not joined as a party in the earlier writ petition because S.No.178/4 was mutated wrongly in the name of Velthai and that Velthai's legal heirs were joined as respondents therein.

5. In any event, on the basis of revenue records, notice has been issued to all the pattadhars. Consequently, the petitioner is in a position to raise all objections in the appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer. The Revenue Divisional Officer shall duly consider the contentions and objections of all parties and thereafter issue a speaking order. 4/6
