An order dated 18.06.2025 of the Revenue Divisional Officer is assailed in this Writ Petition.
2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent.
3. On perusal of the order, it appears that the petitioner was the first respondent therein. It also appears prima facie that the contentions of the first respondent therein/petitioner herein were taken note of and the documents produced by the first respondent therein/petitioner herein were also considered. In these circumstances, I am not inclined to exercise discretionary jurisdiction. The order was issued on 18.06.2025. If the petitioner files a revision petition before the District Revenue Officer within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the District Revenue Officer is directed to receive and dispose of the same on merits without going into the question of limitation. 2/4
4. In view of the above, it is not necessary to issue notice to the second respondent.
