ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The prayer for directing the registering officer to cancel the document is not feasible. However, relief can be given to the petitioner by directing the fifth respondent to register the petition mentioned decree, which declares the document in question as null and void. Since the decree was passed only on 12.09.2025, one is not sure whether it has attained finality.

3.The petitioner is permitted to present the certified copy of the petition mentioned decree. Thereafter, the registering officer shall issue notice to the defendant. If the defendant produces any stay order, the petitioner's request need not be accepted. If no such stay order is filed within the given time frame, the registering officer is bound to register the petition mentioned decree. The mere filing of an appeal is not a ground to deny the petitioner's request.

4.This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
