O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. The writ petitioner filed O.S.No.964 of 2022 on the file of the Sub Court, Karur. The suit was for specific performance. The petitioner wants to register the suit decree.

3. No exception can be taken to the said request. The petitioner is permitted to present the certified copy of the petition-mentioned decree. At the cost of the petitioner, notice will be issued to the third respondent. The second respondent will call upon the third respondent to inform him within fifteen days as to whether the decree has become final or it has been stayed. Mere pendency of the first appeal may not come in the way of the 2/4

3 W.P.(MD)NO.33901 OF 2025 petitioner from getting the decree registered. If the third respondent produces any interim order of stay, then the decree cannot be registered. This writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. No costs.
