Chitra, and to bring on record respondent Nos.11 and 12 as legal heirs of the deceased 6th respondent viz. Chitra and rank them as respondent Nos.11 & 12 in the Appeal Suit in A.S.(MD)No.158 of 2016. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the common affidavit filed in support of these petitions.

3. There is no representation for the 2nd respondent.

4. The names of respondent Nos.11 and 12 have been printed in the cause list.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
