Respondents PRAYER :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent herein to take action as against the 5th respondent herein under POSH Act as well as disciplinary action for misusing the POSH Act by considering the representation sent by the petitioner herein dated 18.08.2025.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to take appropriate action against the fifth respondent under the provisions of the POSH Act and to initiate disciplinary proceedings for alleged misuse of the provisions of the said Act, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.08.2025.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits, directs the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.08.2025 and pass orders, in accordance to law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
