ORDER

By relying on the Village Settlement Register, the petitioner complains that an URD error was committed by including the name of respondents 3 to 5 in the patta relating to S.Nos.752/6, 752/10B. By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks the early conclusion of proceedings before the first respondent.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2. He submits that a report has been called for from the Tashildar by the District Revenue Officer. He submits further that the District Revenue Officer would pass orders on merits within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the private respondents herein.

3. In view of the above submission of learned Special Government Pleader, it is not necessary to issue notice to the private respondents in this writ petition. Instead, without making any observations on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's request for correction of alleged UDR error on merits within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a 2/4

reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the current pattadhars, including respondents 3 to 5 herein. No costs.
