ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent. 2.The petitioner apprehends that the registering officer / first respondent herein may entertain some document presented by the second respondent and register it. The petitioner has lodged his protest petition. He wants the same to be registered by the first respondent. 3.There is no statutory provision in terms of which any protest petition is filed. However, as a matter of practice, the registering officer appears to take note of any objections raised from any third party. 2/4

4.Leaving the matter to the discretion of the first respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
