ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.R.Swaminathan J.) The petitioner herein seeks visitation rights. She also wants this Court to discharge Shri.K.R.Madhurasekaran, Retired Judge who has been appointed as court guardian.

2. A bare look at the record would show that the property interests of Thiru.Somasekaran had been seriously compromised. Only on account of the intervention of this Court, the properties have been recovered. The petitioner herein was nowhere in the scene. We are, therefore, of the view that there is no need to confer any right on the petitioner herein. This Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
