The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 23 days in preferring the appeal, challenging the judgment of conviction made in C.C.No.322 of 2019 dated 22.08.2025 on the file of the District and Sessions Court for Communal Clash Cases, Madurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that they are having objections to condone the delay.
