(Order of the court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.) The petition has been filed complaining that the wife of the petitioner had been missing on and from 17.09.2025. A complaint had been lodged before the 2nd respondent on 27.09.2025 and FIR in Crime No.439/2025 had been registered under the caption, 'woman missing'.

2. The 2nd respondent had been able to secure the detenue and we enquired her. She stated that she would go back with the petitioner/her husband. Recording her submission, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
