ORDER

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that as against the order passed in WP(MD)No.5940 of 2025 dated 11.03.2025 the respondent has filed a writ appeal with a delay of 17 days. In CMP(MD)No.8319 of 2025 in WA(MD)SR.No.40177 of 2025, notice has been ordered to the respondents therein and they entered appearance and sought time to file counter. Therefore, the application could not be prosecuted. 2.Since it is reported that the writ appeal has been filed and it is in SR stage, wherein the respondents had entered appearance and sought time, this contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy based on the outcome of the writ appeal.
