ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 417, 420 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.410 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the parties have compromised the issue between them out of Court. He has also produced the letter dated 21.11.2025 submitted by the petitioner in which it has been stated that the petitioner has received a sum Rs.1,10,000/- out of Rs. 1,27,500/- from the accused, and both of them has arrived at a compromise and hence, the defacto complainant requested the respondent police to drop the case filed against the petitioner. Accordingly, the respondent police has dropped the case.

3. Considering the above submission and recording the letter produced by the defacto complainant, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
